I have some back issues and have been wanting to strengthen my back and core to ensure I reduce the risk of injury and relapse - Dennis has been amazing with customising workouts based on these specific needs, and was knowledgeable in teaching me different ways to increase resistance and intensity as I get stronger. He helped me understand the kinds of posture and muscle groups I should be engaging for each workout type which is really helpful when I'm doing these exercises on my own! He included a good variety of workout types and movements as well.
